Sunday 21 June
Sprint Orienteering is on offer in Albany this weekend. Fun, short and sharp. Meet, start and finish at the Visitor’s Centre. You can choose between two similar courses of 2km, or why not do them both.

Sunday 6 July 2014 - starts 9.30-1.00pm.
No better place to run than the beautiful bushland in Jarrahdale State Forest.
There will be many courses of varing length and navigational difficulty so there is a course suitable for everyone. Experienced orienteers, noticeable in their fluoro orange vests, will be on hand to help newcomers and those a bit rusty with their navigational skills.
Bring a picnic lunch and catch up with some old or new friends after the event.

July 11-12th
Pre-entries for the state Mountain Bike Orienteering Championships have now closed but don't let that stop you if you have not yet entered! On-the-day entries will be accepted on any course and there are four to choose from on both days. Saturday afternoon is the middle distance champs (5-17km) and Sunday morning is the long distance champs (16-35km). Choose your distance, choose your level of fun; ride on your own or with friends!

4 - 6 July 2015, Lake Leschenaultia
The OAWA Junior Orienteering camp is on again this year, for two full days of fun during the school holidays. If you enjoy orienteering, want to learn more about it and have a fun time with other young people then this camp is for you. The camp is open to anyone aged from 10 to 17 years who has participated in at least one bush event or Navdash event, in addition to any school events, and is an OAWA full or casual member.

The next bush event is Malmalling, located East of Sawyers Valley. This event is well worth the picturesque drive. There are seven different courses to choose from, each with their own challenges and style.

Saturday 24 August – Frazzle Rock, West of Brookton
Join us this weekend when we return to Frazzle Rock, a great area that is well worth the 2 hr drive. There will be a choice of courses to suit all abilities, with instructors available to help newcomers. To earn SOL points you must enter the correct course for your age and gender - these will be displayed on the caravan at the event.

Saturday 6 June
After two bush events over the long weekend follows a short and sharp NavDash. Join us at ECU Joondalup this Saturday. New to orienteering? NavDash is a great event to start. There are plenty of courses to choose from. Ranging from easy to hard. There are even toddler string courses, so you are never too young to start! Fun for the whole family.

Love is in the air at our special 2-day WA Classic event this long weekend. Lover's Ridge and Lover's Lane both promise interesting courses on maps that combine areas of farmland and bush.

This weekend sees the last regular mountain bike orienteering event of the season before the National Series events in Margaret River in October, so it's your last chance to practice before then. Sunday's event is located at the Goat Farm (Greenmount) off Greenmount Rise so very close to the city.
