The 2023-24 MetrO Series commenced at Koondoola adjacent to the Bushlands which allowed competitors numerous route choices and provided a mix of limestone paths along with street running. Congratulations to the following winners, Long - Sten Classens and Kate Braid, Medium - Oliver Martin and Amy Dufty, and Short - Robert Greig and Michelle Martin.
As part of OWA’s initiative to increase social media presence the event was live streamed on Facebook for the first time: as of Sunday evening there had been 300 views! We thank those members who agreed to be interviewed. Look out next week for our roving camera operator at the High Wycombe event.
