John Dunn Memorial Park, Kelmscott

The first event for 2020 will take place at the John Dunn Memorial Park in Camillo, not far from the Champion Lakes rowing centre SE of Perth and easily accessible from Tonkin and Albany Highways. The event will have a sprint style feel to it with lots of tight-knit controls and direction changes around the start with the longer courses venturing further into the surrounding streets and parklands.  There's even a smattering of bush for variety!

Dogs are only allowed in the enclosed dog area and NOT on the reserve where there are a lot of controls.   The course is suitable for running prams - bear in mind there is a lot of grass around the start - although route choice may be limited due to a couple of hard-to-cross fences in the SE of the park (walkers and runners will easily fit through the gaps).  We look forward to seeing you there.
