Jenny B with dog

Point Reserve, North Road Bassendean

The Bassendean MetrO Series event takes in the historic area of the Bassendean town centre, and stretches North of Guildford Road to the Success Hill Reserve and surrounding bushland, while to the South the map includes riverside parks and wetland areas. The assembly area is at Point Reserve on the Swan River, where you can enjoy a cooling dip and BBQ after your run.
The event is pram friendly, although a running pram would be the most suitable as there are grassed areas that need to be traversed.
There is limited parking in Point Reserve, but overflow parking is available adjacent to the Reserve in North Rd or Surrey St.
Dogs are not allowed in Point Reserve - if you bring a dog please park in North Rd or Surrey St. There are no controls in the Reserve.

Please ensure you view the Crossing Points map in Eventor before coming to the event.

All events in the series will be using SI TIMING so bring your SI card if you have one. Don't worry if you don't have your own as you will be given one at registration to use for the event. Registration is from 4:15pm, Newcomer briefing at 4:45pm and the Mass start is at 5pm.
