Location: Edith Cowan University, Mt Lawley 
The Sprint Distance SOL will take place at ECU Mt. Lawley on Saturday afternoon, July 20th. Come and enjoy running around the university campus with sprint distance style and warm up for the Middle Distance Champs the next day!
Be sure to enter the appropriate course for you age group if you'd like to qualify for the State O League (SOL) Orienteer of the Year competition!
Newcomers and families welcome! There will be friendly people on hand to assist you with instruction and registration.
Courses: 4 courses available - Hard Long, Hard Medium, Hard Short and Easy
Registration: from 12:30 to 2:30 pm.
Start times: 1:00 to 3:00
Courses close: 4 pm. Please return to the assembly area by this time even if you haven't finished your course.
Bring: Water, SI stick and compass if you have them or borrow ours as part of your entry fee. If you are a full member, please show your current membership card at registration.
