Lake Monger Reserve, Wembley
The Lake Monger map covers suburban streets, ovals, and parklands of Lake Monger and the Leederville area. The course is suitable for prams and is largely wheelchair accessible. SI AIR+ will be enabled and standard (contact) punching is also available.
Entries are now open in Eventor. Pre-entry closes Saturday 9th December at 4pm. You will also be able to enter at the event.
If you are not a member of OWA but would like to enter online, you will need to register an account on Eventor before completing your entry. Then, once logged into Eventor, select the event and enter and pay online. See instructions for registering for an Eventor account.
EOD (Enter on the Day) will be available at the event until 4:40pm if you are unable to enter beforehand.
Courses: Long (21 controls, approx 8km), Medium (15 controls, approx 5km), Short (8 controls, approx 3km).
Beginners' briefing: 4:45pm.
Start time: 5pm, Mass Start.
Courses close: 6:15pm. Please return to the assembly area by this time, even if you have not finished your course.
Bring: your SI card and compass if you have one, or these can be borrowed at the event. Also bring sunscreen, a hat and a water bottle, and comfortable walking or running shoes.
Assembly area: the rotunda on the north side of the lake.
Parking: Via Powis St to the north, or Dodd St to the west.
