Umuna - Westdale, Near Beverley

Come to Umuna for an ideal last hit-out in similar terrain to the Kambarang Carnival’s Peterdine, Frazzle Rock and Avon Valley events. Enjoy expansive views, open paddocks, wandoo woodland, detailed granite outcrops and bare rock surfaces, gullies, spurs and hills. 

Pre-entry for WA State Long Distance Championships close on Wednesday, 13 September at 17:00. Enter on the Day (EOD) will be available for some courses.

You will get a chance to practise the full-on Carnival start procedure. Make sure you read the Information Flyer and the Start Procedure document for details and check the Start List (when available) for your start time.

This is a State O League (SOL) event. Read more about SOL events on the OWA website.

Entries via Eventor are open. Pre-entry only for State Championships. Entries close on Wednesday, 13 September at 17:00.
Enter on the Day (EOD) will be available.
Courses: Courses 1-11 (see the Information Flyer on Eventor).
Enter on the day: Available for Courses 6,9,10 and 11 after Championship classes have started. Registration will close at 11.00am
Map scale: 1:10,000.
Start times: For Championship classes start times will be published in Eventor as soon as possible after entries close. For EOD the last start is 11:30am
Courses close: 1.00pm. Please return to the assembly area by this time, even if you have not finished your course.
Bring: Your SI card and compass if you have one, or these can be borrowed at the event. Also bring sunscreen, insect repellent, a hat and a water bottle, and comfortable walking or running shoes.
Facilities: Toilet.
What not to bring: Your dog! Remember that dogs are not permitted at bush events.
