Glen Forrest

Our next MTBO event will be located in the area between Glen Forrest and Mahogany Creek, using sections of the Heritage Trail. The Medium and Long courses use the extensive bush reserves south of the Heritage Trail.

This event is suited to beginners, families, and runners. E-bikes welcome. The Glen Forrest Gourmet Café on Railway Parade is open from 8:00 am to 3:00pm and is highly recommended for drinks, cakes and lunches.

This event uses MapRun6 (app available for iPhones or android smartphones) for punching - see Eventor for instructions on how to set this up.

Pre-entry to this event via Eventor is strongly preferred.
If you are not a member of OWA you will need to register an account on Eventor before completing your entry. Then, once logged into Eventor, select the event and enter and pay online. See instructions on registering for an Eventor account.
EOD (Enter on the Day) will be available at the event if you are unable to enter beforehand.

Assembly area: Morgan John Morgan Park, Railway Parade, Glen Forrest WA 6071 - see Eventor for directions
Courses available: Short (~10km), medium (~20km), long  (~30km)
Start times: 9:30-11.00am
Courses close: 1:00pm. Please return to the assembly area by this time, even if you have not finished your course.
Bring: Mountain or gravel bike, helmet, water bottle, map board if you have one, and your phone with MapRun6 already loaded. Please ensure that your phone is fully charged so it will last for the whole event.
Map boards: A limited number of map boards are available on loan, make sure you arrive early so you have time to affix it to your bike.
