You can do it, pre-enter now! Click here!

The Cottesloe Metro event commences from the Main Lawn at the Civic Centre and has a standard Metro component and a small Sprint mini-map component within the Civic Centre like the last event in 2017. There are plenty of controls along the beach areas of Cottesloe and many up into the suburb’s streets and parks.

Parking is available on Napier St, between Broome St and Marine Parade. There is also a large car park at the Marine Parade corner of Napier St, however, parking may be limited depending on how many people spend Saturday at the beach. The assembly area is on the Main Lawn of the Civic Centre on Napier St, opposite the Tennis Club.

Please be aware there is a wedding party taking place in the Sunken Garden until 5pm. Please stick to the main lawn prior to the event start.

Three different distances will be on offer: Short 2-3 km, Medium 4-6 km and Long 7-8 km. So whether you're new and trying orienteering for the first time or a seasoned pro, there's something for you.

Pre-registration is encouraged. Please register now through Eventor by Friday 4 December at 23:59. If you forget to pre-enter, you will still be able enter when you arrive at the event on the day. Just don't forget!

This event will be using SI TIMING so bring your SI card if you have one, or pick up your loan card when you arrive (at no extra cost).
