CHECK LIST for completing your Entry via Eventor correctly

CLASS: Please check you have your preferred Class in your Eventor profile, and carefully check/select it on the Entry page for each event.

CLUB: Please check that you are associated with your preferred Club when entering. Some people have multiple clubs and their association, so please check when you enter to ensure that you are correctly assigned to the right club.

Sport Ident Active Cards (SIAC): To ensure fairness for all competitors the SI Air feature will not be activated on control units at any event in the carnival. SI Air cards which people own will still work when used in the normal way.

E-tag / SI Card hire (for the carnival or by event): Standard E-tag / SI cards (no SI Air will be available to hire) is $10 for the whole carnival. The air feature will not be activated on the control units at any event. SI Air cards which people own will still work when used in the normal way. To request a hire SI Card please select the service in the first event that you enter.

IOF Athlete ID for World Ranking Events: will be added by the organisers from the IOF Eventor directory. If you are entering an Elite class for the Australian Sprint Championship or the Australian Middle Distance Championship, it is your responsibility to make sure you have registered and confirmed your athlete ID in IOF Eventor.

Open Family Relay: If Elites wish to enter as part of the Family Team as well as the Elite Relay then a separate entry to the Family Team Relay is required.

Australian 3 Day Entries: If you wish to enter just one or two days of the 3 Day Championship you will have to select the Races under the dropdown (ticking any of the boxes in the Event calendar takes you to the overall complete 3 Day event).

Australian Sprint Champs: A bush only event is offered as EOD or pre-entry, see the event program page for details.

Parking Pass: Each vehicle entering the private properties for the 3 Day (Long and Middle) plus the Australian Middle Distance Championship events will be required to have a Parking Pass. One Parking Pass per vehicle covers all your requirements for the Carnival. Please select the Service when you enter.

Split start time requests: Must be sent prior to the close of entries to the Entry Secretary at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . Consideration will be given to requests from competitors for a late or early start to facilitate their child-minding requirements. However, this may not be possible in a race with a narrow start window or where the start list is based on rankings or previous results. Please include details (events to which request applies and the class of each person) in your request. No creche or child-minding services will be provided by the organisers.
