Be Active WA Orienteering School Championships 2016 Results

Wednesday 15 June (Secondary) & Wednesday 31 August (Primary) at Lake Leschenaultia, Chidlow.

Due to the huge growth of this event, (last year we had over 1,000 entries!) we made the decision this year to host separate events for Primary and Secondary schools. This year we again had around 1,000 entries, with 572 students at the Secondary Championships and 417 at the Primary event.

La Salle College, with strength in the Boys 15A and 16A, and support from Girls in 15A and 15B, just held off Quinns Baptist College by 2 points to win their first Secondary Champion School Shield. Last year's winner Frederick Irwin Anglican School tied with Aranmore Catholic College for 3rd place. Results and Team Scores.

St Brigid's Primary School retained the Primary Champion School Shield, with Christ Church Grammar School 2nd and Oberthur Primary School in 3rd place. Results and Team Scores.
